Malux is a specialist & innovative Hungarian Wine & Spirits company based in London. We supply the most exciting, quality products, specifically native Hungarian grapes. We love nothing better than to WOW with rare, unheard of & sometimes unpronounceable varieties.

Our winemakers & distilleries are all family owned, passionate producers with the exception of a Benedictine Arch Abbey, all of whom we have close friendships with. We love sharing their passion with our customers & are proud to supply the UK trade; restaurants  including Michelin star, bars & independent retailers.

We have come a long way since Lucien came to London from Hungary in 1950's. He built a successful textile business but his heart & wine glass was always drawn back to Budapest. His winemaking friends urged him to dabble in importing & so he followed his heart.

His daughter Audrey joined the business after she combed the vineyards & caught the winebug, following a successful career in fashion & a stint in California.
